We had an issue with our well with no water pumping out, called Billy Bell. He came out quickly, long story short told us it was going to cost $8700 to replace the pump the holding tank and the switch and redo the wiring so as we are in the process of paying 75% of that money upfront, I realized we had water, while they were still in our driveway, making up our bill they went out and looked again and claimed it was something to do with the switch. We called Billy Bell Plumbing on Feb 9, 2023 to unclog our sink. When they arrived , they told my wife the service charge would be $285. After unhooking the drain pipes they told her , because of the grease buildup, the charge would be $1300. She did not know what to do because everything had been unhooked, so she said , go ahead. They used a snake to unclog the drain and used a treatment substance. She paid the bill with a credit card. After I got home , she told me what the charge was. We had a plumbing issue at our house where we weren't sure why the toilet bowl wasn't Flushing and we called Billy Bell Plumbing took down information and had the plumber call me they came out the same day evaluated the situation told me what they thought it was gave us a price we went with it they came back the very next day and fix the problem and when the job got messy they got right down in there and didn't let the mess stop them I'd recommend Billy and Tyler to anyone I knew needed work done

Billy Bell Plumbing did an outstanding job in diagnosing and fixing my well issues. They responded on one day and then put in a new pump and wired it the next day. They even came back out on Saturday evening to allay my fears that I still had an issue. Thank you! Martin Dale O. Dahlonega Ga

Had a couple of issues. Drake C. and John A. did an excellent job identifying the problems and then fixing them. Did a professional job and didn't make a mess. Likewise, they were done in estimated time frames. Overall, did a very good job and would use them again if any future issues arose.
