Billy Beach serves the best sushi I’ve found in Seattle. The fish is fresh and flavorful, not salty (like I’ve experienced elsewhere), and the presentation is beautiful. Flavor combinations are outstanding, as is the service.
Fresh, so fresh ! The hotate sashimi was excellent, and the sashimi quinoa kale salad a tasty fusion dish. The agedashi tofu is a generous/share portion. Will be back for more, soon!
The food is AMAZING, and the staff is very nice and friendly! The atmosphere is very comfortable and inviting, making the dining experience even more memorable. I love this place!
