Had a wonderful experience! Shane was my sales guy and he was awesome to work with! He made everything smooth and stress-free. The whole team was friendly, helpful, and made the process as easy as it could be. I truly appreciate how well everything was handled from start to finish. Absolutely worst car buying experience ever. Would not recommend this place to anyone and avoid at all costs. We bought a 2013 Ford Edge and after repeated attempts and recommendation bought the recommended warranty from the sales/finance representative. Of course everything looked fine on the car on the outside and worked great during multiple test drives but as soon as we officially drove it off the lot all the issues started happening(tire alert/low pressure, alignment bad on front and back, front control interface board ... read more
Billy Ballew... Man.... They were GREAT to work with. They managed to get us approved for a NEW/USED work truck all the way up in NY. Shane was our first POC (person of contact) that got us moving forward he was awesome to work with. Doug was addiment about getting us in a truck Cant forget about Blaine and Russ they came in clutch. all of which went above and beyond to make sure we had the truck we needed to continue our work. I looked and looked for my wife a well-priced, low mileage SUV. Finally found one she liked on Billy Ballew’s website. We were out of state (MS) and they were in GA, so I had some hesitation on buying one so far away without seeing it. I don’t now, these people are wonderful to work with! Gave me a price over the phone and stuck to it. No hidden fees or bs costs at the end. They took my wife’s car in on a trade and even DELIVERED the Lincoln we purchased from them.
