We bought a 2024 Mustang at the dealership and paid to have it shipped to our house. The car was as it was stated, but we need an owners manual. Truck shopping on Google and ran across Billy Ballew. I emailed about a specific truck and Russ messaged me right back. Decided to take a trip with my son for a truck for me and an SUV for him. I found this 2011 Chevy 2500 HD that only had 54K 1-owner original miles! It’s mine now and they will make a deal with you. Russ is honest and a good communicator. Highly recommended for an older, higher mileage vehicles.
It was not a difficult process to buy the car, but the car has been nothing but mechanical issues since we bought it. Including 2 active recalls from 2016. I guess make sure you take a mechanic with you to look at the car before you buy. Blaine lied to us several times, I got stuck on the side of the road with my special needs daughter for over 12 hours because a week and a half after buying the radiator and thermostat went out. Since this company deleted my review some how I will rewrite it. We bought a 2018 Ford F150 with the 3.5, Blaine took us to several trucks on the lot one day and started them all while we were sitting inside a white Nissan he had. I never heard the F150 start but when we test drove it it drove fine etc… had issues with the powersteps, hole in the rear bed and the adaptive cruise control didn’t work.
