Billy was the sellers agent on a house I purchased. The seller didn’t want a for sale sign on the house. While we were at closing, Billy went and put a sign in front of *my new house* stating sold. Absolutely unhinged, insane behavior. When I told him he needs to take it down immediately, he refused to come get it. They’re super heavy. Tried buying with Billy, everything went well with the buyers agent. Put 10% down in escrow and then I had found out that Billy was working with the sellers agent so that they could find their own customer. Would not work with this company again for my new my home, I have already used a new real estate company and will be moving in around January.
Tried calling him about a listing he has for sale over 20 times with three voicemails. No response. Wouldn’t want him selling my property.
