2013 I discovered the tire was cracking and splitting on its sidewall. I called the defendant, and was told they would not replace the tire or give any refunds and that all they will do is take the tire back, keep all monies paid and send the tire to their supplier and see if they will bring satisfaction. I appeal to the court that my business is not with their supplier it is with Bills Truck Stop.
