Ordered some parts for my RV (stabilizers, bathroom fixtures) and paid for them. So far it has taken 2 1/2 months. I called to get a status come to find out the stabilizers wasn’t ordered and I asked for a refund on the bathroom fixtures which have been ordered but this place refuses to give refunds. Needless to say I will not be doing anymore business with this company. Not customer friendly. He just watches out for himself
It's great having a full service RV shop right here in Rome! Bill has done lots of work for me from installing awnings, slide toppers, and tires..all the way to a new axle on my travel trailer. His work has always been top notch, and his prices are very reasonable.
