I will never and would not suggest doing business with Bill I dropped my 6L90 transmission off seemed like a nice guy and knew what he was doing. Told me he’d have it done in a week. two weeks later I tried calling him no response to calls or text I drive out there to see what was going on. To find my transmission Sitting in the same spot that he had me put it two weeks earlier.

I am so sad and disappointed. Bill seemed knowledgable and kind when I first met him and spoke with him. He had my transmission towed to a friend's shop (I have no idea which shop and, therefore, have NO IDEA where my car is). Several months later he said he couldn't find a certain part. I had my father find it for him on the West Coast, ship it to me in NY, and then I *hand-delivered* it to Bill. That was in March 2022. It is now mid-September 2022. Just bought a 2016 Chevy Silverado with the 6l80 six speed transmission that was making a grinding noise, almost like when your going over the rumble strips on the shoulder. Called Bill on the phone & he knew exactly what was wrong & was very knowledgeable about this 6 speed transmission that are notorious for bad torque converters.
