My Craftsman rider mower was having start problems and backfired and finally didn't start. Called Bill and told him what i was experiencing with the mower. He knew right away and I scheduled an appointment for a pickup. Bill had my mower running like new! My Craftsman is 24 years old and I'm delighted to be keeping it since the newer ones are not as well made...I've checked. Bill is a honest guy and you can't go wrong....he knows his stuff! Hard to fine someone these days who has pride in their service and reliable.
