Had an oil change and was issued a sheet (which I requested) detailing some mechanical issues that would eventually need addressing. Scott and team appeared courteous, professional and I haven't had a problem with services rendered, to date. Pricing doesn't seem outrageously high & my aunt is a long-time customer of this establishment who swears by their work. I will be taking my car back for future repairs. Thanks, Robin V.
Never sent any business his way but any repair shop where you have to call to make an appointment that shows he knows his business may send my Son Michael in there with his 2018 Ford fusion car he may need a New Battery even though My Son doesn't use the on off function you know that system that shuts the engine off at every complete stop then it restarts damn computer cars
I took my Honda Fit here recently with some engine issues. Bernie, Scott and team were extremely helpful despite being very busy. They were transparent regarding costs and what it would take to fix the issues. My goal was to be able to trade my car in for a new vehicle which I did this past weekend. I would like to thank Bill's Service Center for their help and would 100% recommend them for vehicle service.
I have been going to Bill's Service for a number of years, but lately things there have changed it appears. Last year they shorted me one quart of oil on an oil change, and I said nothing because a mistake can happen to any of us. My latest appointment was for an oil change and power flush of the brake fluid. The oil and brake fluid levels upon completion were just where they should be.
