Don’t stop here, we took air conditioning issue to him twice within a week, paid for service both times. The air was still not working when I picked up the car, went back 3rd time,he got very upset.

My vehicle one day was vibrating horribly when I would step on the brakes and I quickly got an estimate from another service center. They determined that I had a stuck caliper and that I needed all new brakes rotors calipers for a total cost of $2000. I stopped in to see Bill, and he found out that there was no stuck caliper but a warped rotor that was under warranty from a previous repair.
