It was a great place. The long line to wait for outdoor seating moved very quickly. Since they don't have AC it's better to sit outdoors. I wish they had more outdoor lighting I like to see what I am eating. The drinks were reasonably priced. The wait staff was very friendly. The food was good. My only complaint is the lobster bisque. In my opinion only it was watery and not enough lobster. I had the the stuffed lobster it was delicous and my wife had the clam strip platter which she enjoyed. 7 of us had the lobster roll platter. Everyone thought it was great.
Fish and chips no flavor no seasoning all bland slightly overpriced. Linguine and clam sauce no flavor as well. The only thing they have that's good on the menu are the oysters on the half shell.
What's going on at Bill's? we've driven down twice this year,which is a hour and a half one way. first trip the worst service ever. couldn't get a drink for fifteen minutes and the rest of the experiences went down hill from there. today July 15th, stopped in around six we were expecting a crowd being dinner and Saturday.We made it right to the bar and a water side table what luck so we thought. Great atmosphere. Consistently good food! We go there all year round. Seafood is absolutely awesome. Very helpful staff and great service.
