I never leave poor reviews., ever..... And this was not my first visit to Bill’s but it will be my last. Unfortunate that the actions of one staff member could ruin what was a nice family dinner. If you take your children, make sure that they are going to sit very quietly at the table and not get up, particularly if they are 2 (and you specifically arrive before the dinner rush). The old manager is RUDE! My boyfriend and I went to bills with family we don’t get to see often. We ordered our food but the waitress forgot to put our portion of the order in so she apologized and put the order in for us. Then comes back and tells us another waitress took out food and she’s having it made again. She brings it out to is 30 min after everyone else was finished eating and we said to just wrap it.
