Bill was GREAT. We called and set an appointment with Bill. He was right there to greet us at the door. Bill took all of our information and said that he would investigate the issues of our "Brand New" DR Trimmer that does not stop running nor does the mower head engage (the belt was completely off and NEVER installed by the factory! (Maybe we should have investigated "DR Industries" better.
STAY AWAY! SHADY all around- and a Hostage situation to get your equipment back. Just like a laid back shady tree mechanic, literally, once you leave the mower, chainsaw, or what with him, you are screwed! He never calls you when its repaired; he doesn't provide an estimate or a warning after figuring out what's wrong- and how much the repair will be. When asked to provide that, (after the fact), he says it costs $25.00, and if repaired, it goes toward the total bill- BUT- that information is not upfront. Complete dishonesty... read more
