I took my hydraulic cylinder off of my ******************* to Bills Power center to have the seals replaced. The mechanic **** told me the it would take him 1 hour to do the job. He never called me back. After 3 days of leaving messages for him to call me he finally called me back. He said that someone had worked on the cylinder and scratched the inside walls and that I would need a new cylinder for $300.00. RecommendedMy husband took his snow blower up there his cord broke . In a few hours Dan called and said it was ready . He was friendly on the phone { I answered } gave me the info . I needed . My husband said it was a nice friendly place of business . Thankyou for your speedy service .

Place is terrible. From customer service to messaging on receipts to pricing. Purchased a front tire for my zero turn (small one) and was charged close to $40. I did some research and found 2 of the same Carlisle model for less than one afterwards. When I attempted to return it I was told “we don’t take returns on special orders”, despite the fact that they’re listed as a certified dealer by the manufacturer of my zero turn. As far as I'm concerned, Bill's Power Center is the most unfriendly business I have been in in years. They accused me of causing a warranty failure and used profanity toward me and followed me to my car as I tried to leave the premises. They should quit business.
The customer service was great! Dan and Donovan were very informative and went the extra mile weeding through a bunch of chains I brought in to help me figure out which ones fit the saws I had. I dropped off 2 chainsaws for parts and repair and they called me the same day to inform me they were ready for pickup. It is hard to find quality at an affordable price, and this is definitely the place!
SEVERLY HARRASED. CAN YOU TRUST THEM?????????? We own a business and went to inquire about warranty info and repair. The African American man interrupted the first sentence I spoke then told me I have to calm down after asking of he could tell me warranty info on the serial number. Wow, talk about poor customer service! Took our snowblower in to get its belt repaired was told I needed to put a $50 deposit down toward the repairs. Today, Bill's called me and told me it needs $392 worth of work or I can buy a new model for $599 before Nov. 1. However, my $50 deposit will not go toward purchasing a new snow blower, that was the cost of the estimate. Seriously? What terrible service. Went to purchase a new lawn mower at Bill’s. The salesman came over to us and said hello. He asked us what brought us in and my husband replied we were there to buy a new lawnmower as ours had died. My husband said we had a Simplicity and I said no it wasn’t that. My husband and I were debating what kind we had and the salesman said to us directly, When you two are done arguing, I will be in the back. I immediately said to the salesman, I’m out of here.
