Servicing tankless hot water heater. Kurt was on time and showed me how to drain the tank myself so that I don’t need them to service it each year. He was also very helpful in responding to questions I had regarding some other plumbing issues.

I love this company! I've used them for a water heater replacement in our multi-unit building as well for replacing an anciet faulty shut off valve and installing a freeze resistant spigot. In an era of service companies are being bought up by private equity and turned into extortion clown shows this outfit is refreshingly professional and affordable. Call to have a balance valve installed, Which he did. I also asked he make sure the handle is returned to vertical and that there were no leaks. Not the case. In addition, the diverter then started leaking (new) that runs (not drips) for more than a minute after water shut off. Called back and they sent “Kurt” days later, Kurt arrived at 8:40a w an attitude and apprentice(?), unscrewed the decorative top, said it was normal that water runs after shut off, and tightened it. Bill's Plumbing very patiently worked with me to satisfy our new condo association requirements for a Certificate of Insurance, which caused two appointment cancellations and a lot of rigamarole that was totally unnecessary. So we had two visits rather than one, not Bill's fault. Will was fast and accurate both times and answered questions gladly. He was also tidy, always appreciated. A very nice man and a pleasure to work with.
