Called Bill today with a furnace that wasn't working. From my discussion of what was happening he knew what was wrong with the furnace. From the time I called until they came and had the furnace up and running was about 2 hours. Thank you so much I have heat tonight
I’ve had to call Bill several times recently, since moving into an old house with an old furnace. He’s been so helpful, getting me through until I can replace it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. He will also do my upgrade.
I was having trouble with my Rinnai combi-boiler. Current technician set appts and never showed - and when they did show they were not certain what was causing problem. I called Bill - he came that day. Analyzed the problem - called the manufacturer and got a part airlifted next day for no charge. He then installed part the following day - fine tuned the boiler and it works great!!
