We hired Bill’s Plumbing to install a hot water tap, and it completely stopped working barely a month after installation. After we contacted Bill about the issue, he assured us he would contact the manufacturer and return to address the problem. That never happened. Since then, we have made at least five separate attempts to contact him by phone and message and have been completely ignored. Horrible experience. Bill came and “fixed” our propane fireplace. We paid him on the spot . It quit working three days later . Called Bill two and three times a day for 10 days and left messages. NEVER ever called me back. Had to call another contractor to have it fixed and pay yet again. Horrible way to do business. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
After inspection told me I needed a new burner. Made an appointment for the burner replacement…he never showed up. After 1.5 hours I called the answering service. He never called me back. Made several more calls the following week and won’t return calls. Very unprofessional and no way to run a business. Suggest you look elsewhere for plumbing and heating needs!
Bill does great, he installed a water softener 2 weeks ago, came out after I let him know water was spraying out the side, he knew exactly what the issue was, had it fixed in moments. Even changed the filter on our water system. Definitely recommend
