Contacted this company over a month ago for an estimate on a service. I was told during the first call that someone could come out that week. I never heard back that week, but the next week I received another call saying they were busy and again set another date to come. Once again never heard anything nor did anybody show up. 2 weeks later I got another call and it was the same thing. We were out of hot water for a few days and our home warranty company sent Bill’s to fix it. They changed the heating element, then today the hot water stopped working again, although it was late in the day (called them at 4:30) they were here within 30 minutes change the thermostats in it for me without hesitation. The guys were very friendly and professional. Thank you so much!!!
Bills plumbing service was excellent. I had an emergency situation which they responded to promptly and at a very reasonable price fixed the pipes. They were accommodating, and nice to work with.

I contacted Bill's Plumbing at 10:40 in the morning about a non-urgent issue we were having with our water pressure and also the knobs on our bathtub faucets not working properly (because of a repair we tried to do ourselves). They said they were in the area and came by less than an hour later. They fixed all of of the issues we were having and for a very reasonable price.
