Our family has been using Bill's for the last 17 years. They are dependable and have not raised our rate since day one. I like that they are completely honest and never try to sell us a service we don't need. Ashley found a termite tube on our shed and instead of charging us a thousand dollars to treat our home she serviced that area (no extra charge) and said to keep an eye on it. That was 4 years ago.
