Husband took the Chevy Silverado in, New plugs and Wires. Charged premium for generic parts & generic work unfortunately. Check engine light came on, truck was bogging, cutting out. Got it home and he found the loose wires, did this for a week & he finally put all new plugs and wires in himself & its back to running like it should. Transmission & Radiator flush as well. Paid $900. $90/hrs labor
Completely unprofessional. I paid and they would never answer the phone afterwards the vehicle sat there for over a month untouched. Never recommend them go somewhere else. Edit: it is indeed bills muffler in Ottumwa with Eric and Nikki. Still nothings been done no money back either. Unprofessional is an understatement at this point. Ridiculous behavior.
Never found the place
Do not recommend. I bring my Chrysler 300 in with suspension issues on my right side. They tell me it's a CV axle and should change my wheel bearing too. $760. Cool. They say everything should be good. Next day same noises. I bring it back.They tell me it's struts. So I schedule an appointment for the following Friday. I get there on that Friday and they have scheduled over me and don't have the struts. Then tell me now it's not struts it's tyrod end. See where I'm going with this.
