It was bad the owner is unhinged yelling at customer on the phone telling me and another customer we are the problem of his anger. Just wanted a new cable for lawn mower he didn't even try to help will never go back fill bad for his employees they are always polite and professional. The employees should record his behavior and sew for hostile work environment.
