Bill came out to Cascade Locks KOA the same day we contacted him last fall and fixed the water heater, sealed a leaky vent, and checked out the awning. He was excellent - obviously knew exactly what he was doing. Fast and efficient and educated us on things we didn't know about the motorhome. Cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend him.
