RecommendedExcellent service and VERY knowledgeable staff. We had a lot requests with switching controls over on our boat. They were on top of it and recommended exactly what we needed. Very responsive! Highly recommend to everyone who has boating related needs!
Customer loyalty is dead! We have docked there for 2-3 years and communication is terrible. Last year they pulled our boat out of the water on July 4 & didn’t notify us....now because my electronic payment didn’t reach them they pulled our dock space-gave me zero time to check with my bank! Terrible.... They didn’t like this recommendation so now they sent an email saying they are pulling our boat out of storage, tossing it somewhere on their property and we should pick it up ASAP—true professionals! My boat is 24 years old and is closing in on 2000 hours. They keep my boat running like a finely tuned machine including adding Perfect Pass Stargazer 3 event. Time for everyone to try and talk Michelle into entering a water ski tournament. She is a very good slalom course skier..
