Honest and fair The bad review here is unfair and an outright lie. There's no way this shop would treat customers poorly. They are Christians and conduct business in a friendly and honest manner. I've been a customer for nearly 20 years. Import Clinic has a long standing record of serving customers and keeping their vehicles running at their best. Are they perfect? Yet another crooked auto shop. – Long story short, these guys are not to be trusted. I take my car there and they quote me the typical mechanic's outrageous price to fix things that I question were even broken in the 1st place. Then, after I have them "fix" the problem, I get back to the office and I'm told the cost is now twice as high. You know that your not being completely truthful and obviously have malicious intentions. However, as we said before, bring your vehicle back and we'll solve all your problems. We charge a very reasonable labor rate and we are always completely honest with all our customers. Albeit, sometimes customers do not like what we reveal about the state of their vehicle and cost of repairs. This is understandable. But, we do not set the prices. Could not be happier! – I brought my 02 Honda here for a second opinion. The first shop I took it to didn’t even pop the hood to look for the problem. They just assumed they knew because I brought a code printout from AutoZone, which listed 4 possibilities, and told me it would be $589. Bill’s actually took the time to find out what was wrong with my car and saved me about $400. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly nice and helpful. I will definitely bring my car here in the future.
