After 5.5 years of technicians, phone calls and even a senior supervisor, I showed videos of the fireplace flame to Tyler Dykes and immediately he diagnosed a venting issue. He scraped a path of snow off the roof then salted the path to enable a safe passage to inspect. Long story made short, when finished with adjustments the flame looked as it should. I had no idea the flame gages the performance. Tyler was knowledgeable, personal as he professionally repaired. He’s a credit to Bills Heating.
Bills send Trevor and Q to my home to install an a furnace and AC unit. Both men were professional and very friendly and had no problem answering my questions and taking some extra time to explain things to me. They did a great job.
