I am very satisfied with the quality, standards, and pricing of Bill's Heating in Goshen. Lisa was so nice when helping me on the phone to answer my questions and set my appointment for a furnace check and the technician Alex H. did a fantastic job in repairing a problem that I had that was still under warranty. No salesy pitches, gimmicks or talk given, but just straight up-front explanations and options that I loved. After 5.5 years of technicians, phone calls and even a senior supervisor, I showed videos of the fireplace flame to Tyler Dykes and immediately he diagnosed a venting issue. He scraped a path of snow off the roof then salted the path to enable a safe passage to inspect. Long story made short, when finished with adjustments the flame looked as it should. I had no idea the flame gages the performance. Tyler was knowledgeable, personal as he professionally repaired. He’s a credit to Bills Heating.

Bills send Trevor and Q to my home to install an a furnace and AC unit. Both men were professional and very friendly and had no problem answering my questions and taking some extra time to explain things to me. They did a great job.
