Made an appointment. Waited for tech to show up. Late that afternoon I called to make sure he was still coming. I was told to contact my propane provider. Then the manager the lady that made my appointment told me I never made an appointment. So not only did they leave me without heat on a very cold day. She lied about making the appointment. I'll never do business with Bills Heating and plumbing in Hot Springs South Dakota. They are not reliable or honorable.
They did a great job working on my minisplit that had been installed and neglected by another business. We are very rural so it took some time to get scheduled. The mileage and travel time was a little on the expensive side, but that’s part of living rurally. The guys were friendly, exceedingly knowledgable , and professional. We are very thankful for their good care. Would definitely recommend.

Absolute crooks! Quoted my elderly parents $15,000 for a new furnace, in the summer. Scamming senior citizens is a crime. So…it turns out the “heat pump” is just fine. You either didn’t notice the breaker was off or you turned the breaker off to trick them into thinking they needed a new “heat pump”. Now that the breaker is back on, the A/C is working great! I am outraged. You’re either grossly incompetent or deliberately ripping people off.
We use them for all our HVAC needs. Very professional and timely!
