I ordered flowers for my aunt's birthday and this place was basically the only one that was willing to deliver to the very rural address. I mistakenly put the wrong state on the online order form but they called me twice to get it straightened out and we're so sweet and understanding! They delivered the flowers promptly and my aunt LOVED them! They were beautiful and I'm grateful I could trust them to take care of it.

Sadly, we lost my Mamaw on February 7th and weren't able to start planning until Monday, for everything to be on Tuesday and Wednesday. I had called two other shops; one wasn't able, another was very rude. But then I found Bill's Flowers; they were helpful over the phone, and my family and I were able to go in and get everything ordered to be delivered to Milan Funeral Home. Bill, I can't thank you enough for your patience and grace while helping us pick out my grandmother's casket arrangement. My mother had a vision of what she wanted and you completely exceeded our expectations. It was the most beautiful arrangement I've ever seen. It truly brought us joy during our loss and I'm certain that my grandmother was smiling. Words can't express how grateful I am to you for helping us express our love and remembrance through your beautiful design.

Bill did the spray for my mother's casket. My sister told him what she wanted and we could not have been more pleased. I can't tell you how many people commented how beautiful they were and I totally agree.
