Came the same day I called and installed a new ac unit and heater the next day, work was done right and without any problems
Good dealing with them. Supplier had sent a defective replacement which Bill’s installed and we found out it was defective and noisy. Bill’s returned and put in another new motor and fan. Runs quiet now. Good recommendation
We bought our new furnace from Bill Comfort System about 5 years ago and have been treated so well by them since that time. Our air conditioner wasn't working, it was making a very loud noise. Bills comfort system came out to look at it. The technician told use it was the blower and it needed to be replaced. It would take 3to4 days to get it form ******. The same day he came back and said he found one in the shop. He went downstairs to put the blower in. He only worker on the blower wheel for 5to 10 minutes which is not enough time to replace the blower wheel. The blower wheel was the same. It takes 35to 45 minutes to replace the blower wheel. In February of this year we had Bill’s Comfort Systems put in a new AC and Furnace. It’s now December and it has worked fine until a few days ago, when we started getting an error that the thermostat wasn’t connecting. Jace Turnbow came out and after checking the system he diagnosed the problem as an internal issue with the thermostat. Luckily Bill’s had a replacement so Jace installed it and hopefully we will have no more issues. These guys were great. Jordan and Trevor came out and did a full install of both our furnaces and installed AC. Despite our house being determined to resist in every way it possibly could, our installers kept their cool (ha!) and forced it to comply. They worked hard, rarely taking any breaks. Even though the job took longer than expected (not their fault at all), they didn't rush the work, ensuring they did the job right. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
I spoke with and visited several companies to upgrade our fireplace. I was given a lot of confusing information that really didn’t mean much to me. A couple of companies showed me their brochures and said once I decided what I wanted they’d come to my home and see if that would work. Chris came to our home right off. They were so helpful, and really rescued us when we had an emergency furnace situation! Ethan and Trevor were so great instsalling and Tyler, katie and Brady really helped explain things well and get us set up with the best option for our family! Highly recommend them!!
