VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD CARPETS INSTALLED YESTERDAY AND THE INSTALLERS BROKE THE HARDWARE ON MY SCREEN DOOR BY OPENING IT THE WRONG WAY, MY FOOT BOARD ON MY BED WAS NICKED IN A COUPLE OF PLACES, THEY LEFT A MESS IN THE DINNINGROOM. SO, I CALLED BILL THIS MORNING TO DISCUSS AND WAS TOLD HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT AND THAT HE HAD A CUSTOMER HE WAS WAITING ON AND THAT HE HAS CALLER ID AND HE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO ANSWER MY CALL BECAUSE MY JOB WAS DONE YESTERDAY. Very poor customer service and once the job is done they don't want to know you anymore. Bill the owner is very unprofessional and customer satisfaction obviously means very little to him. Would never do business with this company again.
