First time ever in the States, and first time ever trying out this place, wonderful food, enjoyable atmosphere and wonderful service. Would 1000% come back, thank you

I heard this place was great, so I came for lunch with family. I am guessing it is their breakfast that's great because their lunch was awful. Paid nearly $20 for a regular club sandwich and the bread was completely burnt (black ends). Sandwich was somehow dry despite being lathered in what tasted like old mayo, and the meat/cheese was not good. Nice staff - terrible food.
Very disappointing service at the bar. No greeting, no napkins, no water even after a long wait, and no receipt unless asked. The bartender seemed indifferent and disengaged. What’s worse is the checkout defaults to an 18% minimum tip despite the poor service. Tipping should reflect service quality, and this experience fell far short.
The service was amazing Raul and Karina crated a great experience and positive atmosphere . Amazing food and service!
