I called Bills Bimmers asking for 2 services to be done in my f10 535i I asked before hand if they would be able to do it before spending money on a tow truck they said yes bring it over besides the fact that they took 2 weeks to get diagnosed when I was over the phone with them they told be they had been working on my car for 2 hours for a diagnosis which they didn’t charge me for they charged me 30 minutes which I guess is okay considering that they only tested it with a OBD2 scanner they told me I needed vanos solenoids a... read more
This review is long overdue! I have now moved from Tempe, but when I was there Mike was the best guy ever!!! Him and his team went to great lengths to make sure I had a safe car to drive in. Mike went above and beyond for me, from letting me come in whenever my light went on, to getting me and emissions test, and doing everything they could do figure out what was wrong with my car!
