I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee into Bill's and was blown away from start to pickup! I had a blown head gasket and they were really nice and understanding and walked me through exactly what they were going to do before doing it. And they loaned me a vehicle as I had an appointment that week! They fixed everything wrong with it and let me know what repairs I may have down the road so I could better prepare for them! Businesses don't get any better than Bill's; what a rock of a person. And extremely honest; so grateful for that rare quality-- Over 16 yrs ago, I was about to become a single mom& needed a crib. Not only did Bill buy a brand spanky new one AND he even came over and set it up for me!! Wow! What a blessing!
