This place has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought a fridge from them and was told it had been inspected and was ready to be sold. Literally a month later the fridge stopped working. I called a repair service and the technician informed me that the fridge is so old, that the coolant used has been banned since the 1990's. We are in the used appliance business as you know and when dealing with anything used these things can happen. To address your concerns: We provide a 30 day warranty which starts from the date of purchase. We asked you to provide a copy of your receipt which you did not do. Even without the receipt we were, and still are MORE then willing to look over the machine and either repair or replac... read more

Great old school place with all the knowledge you need and a whole lot of stuff you never thought you could live withou. Washers, pumps, and more! Bills has it all!!!!!!
These folks went out of their way to help me out even though I pulled in at closing time. I'll be doing business with them in the future for sure.
