Not the same shop anymore! Here's is the just of it. Dave worked on my vehicle replacing the bad water pump, during that procedure they had to remove and reinstall the timing chain, cover, etc. The timing chain skipped and caused a valve to become bent my vehicle failed after 12 MILES 20 MINUTES. Dave claims no responsibility for any problems as the "vehicle was running when you picked it up". Even though as part of the procedure they directly accessed the parts that failed?
