It's hard to find a trusted "neighborhood mechanic" anymore but this place fits the description. They go the extra mile, get you in quickly, and can often address small fixes while you wait. Their Saturday hours are also convenient. Highly recommend.

I have a older Toyota 4-runner and I recently failed emissions - I got a estimate for 1700+ from one of the approved state's emission centers which was just about what the vehicle was worth. I went to Bills who reviewed the emissions readout and recommended that I only replace the catalytic converters and not all the extras that the other shop wanted to do.
