Best customer service on the planet. They took the time to listen to my needs and explain their product line in terms I could understand (I'm a DIYer not a paint pro) to help insure my project was successful. While in the store, I overheard another customer trying to match a color that Bill's couldn't do. The guy explained to the customer that another paint store might be able to help because they carry a different brand. He even went to the trouble of calling the other store for them.
