Last night I locked my keys in the car at Market Basket on Highland Ave in Salem. I called tipple AAA, They stated that they would forward the call and driver would contact me. I had a whole cart of groceries and my nine year old granddaughter was very cold. We walked over to Burger King to get warm. I noticed a Bill's Auto Clinic pulling in. Their wrecker came promptly and got the car and gave us a ride to the garage, the driver was great. Once at the garage a starter for our car was delivered before we went back into town. We received a call that our car was done. Went back and got our car with the bill being what they said it would be.
Just wanted to reach out and give my gratitude to the man who towed/shoveled me out of a snow drift on a Monday morning. I completely underestimated the amount of snow and tried to drive around/ through it and got myself stuck. I was in such a tough spot, they called a smaller truck to get me out. Great service. Came very early and the young man named Paco was wonderful. Charged my battery and even found what made the cars battery die. Very satisfied!
