It has been 3 weeks since my car was brought in. I was told the longest it would take was 7 days. Now I am being charged out of pocket for work I was unaware was being done. If I don't pay it, they will hold my car. I also requested information when the price doubled for repair. I was assured I would be sent this information. Never happened. There needs to be an investigation into their business.
Brought in my vehicle to have some body work done from an accident. Received a call the work has been completed but your vehicle won't start. Now they want to charge $60 per day because it's taking up space, what a joke. Poor customer service.
Awesome! Ok. So I got into an accident and took my car here to get an estimate. The staff was OVER THE TOP friendly and informative. There were issues with my insurance company and these guys handled it with ease. They checked out the car much faster than expected and tied up any loose ends. Truly- theyre amazing!!
Good auto body repair! We have taken our cars in several times to have auto body repair work done at Bill's Auto Body. Overall, they do a fantastic job. I have never had any problems with the insurance claims, and the prices seem to be reasonable. The only con, is sometimes the work seems rather slow, and you need to keep them to the deadline, but overall I would recommend.
RecommendedHad to have what I thought was going to be a quick fix needed on the wheel well of my car, find out it's all 1 piece the guys got it temporarily fixed for got the part ordered and today in 20 minutes I was on the road. Great job!
my car looked great after they fixed the body damage. They worked with the car rental company so I didn't need a ride, the car was dropped off and picked up right at Bill's. Then they cleaned the inside. Great job!
