For over 20 years I've called Bill to fix a variety of appliances—washer, dryer, etc.—plus he does maintenance and repair on my furnace and A/C. I have always found Bill to be prompt, reliable, professional, honest, and of course he does a great job on the repairs. Today Bill fixed my A/C unit by recharging the coolant and it's up and running again. I hired Bill to replace the ice machine in my refrigerator. After he installed it, it did not produce ice. He brought over a new one and installed it. It did not work. He tried a 3rd time with the same results. He then blamed the manufacturer claiming all of their ice machines are faulty. He had no solution. I hired another company to look at the latest new one from Bill. They identified the problem within minutes and we’re out of the door in 15 minutes, I had a working ice machine. Bill came to inspect my washing machine that was working but making loud noises. By the time he left, there were several inches of water in the machine, the spin cycle was broken, and there is the smell of smoke in the house. Instead of helping me figure out how to get rid of the water he just told me I needed to replace the machine. Absolutely terrible service. I guess I will have to go bail the water now...

We've had many great experiences with Bill's -- they've fixed our dishwasher, dryer, and other appliances over the years.
