Pros: The gentleman who came out was nice and polite Cons: I was charged 70 dollars for the technician to come look at my appliance. But when he said the keypad on the over the stove microwave just needed to be cleaned and it would be 30 dollars I was thrilled. It took the man 30 minutes in total.
