I called Bill after my AC went out around 10 p.m. Friday night. I waited until Saturday afternoon/evening to reach out. When I finally got him on the phone, he was at the grocery store and was distracted by another conversation. I understand people are busy, so I didn’t make an issue of it. I really appreciate Bill. I was able to get on his schedule, his diagnose fee was just $30 which he rolled into his repair cost, and he was done with the repair in minimal time. He didn’t try to upsell me or bullshit me. Since I paid cash for the part at the supplier with Bill, Bill did not get any markup on the part and maybe that wasn’t fair to him. I had the most disappointing experience with this HVAC company, Bill specifically. My heat went out, so I called them for help. The technician arrived, diagnosed the issue, and quoted me $600 for a simple repair, assuring me he could fix it the same day. However, he left without providing any information other than the price and told me to confirm with my landlord.
