I really appreciate Bill. I was able to get on his schedule, his diagnose fee was just $30 which he rolled into his repair cost, and he was done with the repair in minimal time. He didn’t try to upsell me or bullshit me. Since I paid cash for the part at the supplier with Bill, Bill did not get any markup on the part and maybe that wasn’t fair to him. I had the most disappointing experience with this HVAC company, Bill specifically. My heat went out, so I called them for help. The technician arrived, diagnosed the issue, and quoted me $600 for a simple repair, assuring me he could fix it the same day. However, he left without providing any information other than the price and told me to confirm with my landlord. Bill was great and I thought I would have to mortgagee the house but he was super good knew exactly what he was doing gave me a few lessons on how and why it broke down and changed me a ridiculous low rate for which I am so grateful at our age every penny counts and I can not say enough good things about him to do him justice!! Thank you so much Bill you are the man!! I highly recommend him!!!!
