I had the pleasure of working with this law firm in early 2025. I was dealing with protection orders and a divorce. Mr Cuneo handed my case off to Mr Soto. Mr Soto never returned my phone calls or emails. I received a restraining order from my ex-wife and I had sent the paperwork to Mr Cuneo, he told my employer first and my employer at the time asked me about the CPO before Mr Cuneo contacted me back. I have Robert Soto as an attorney and he never calls back or answers his emails. I have paid for the filing cost one year ago and he has yet to file and reach out to me. They have hd my names on paperwork fixed several times because they input the wrong information. Even have sent paperwork to wrong addresses even when I have emailed the address he still got it wrong. How is that possible? Sent mine and my children’s information to the wrong house.
