Mark Billion released my confidential bankruptcy documents to someone with out my permission. When I confronted him about it, he filed an order with the courts to withdraw as my attorney. I wrote a letter to the courts disputing that as I felt he should carry out his obligation of my chapter 13. He contacted me after I reported him to the courts and had me sign documentation that he told me was to straighten everything out however I found out he lied to me and had me sign documentation that allowed him to withdraw as my atto... read more
I used their services several years ago, only to find out they did not include several debts in my bankruptcy even though I provided them the information at the time of filing. When I contacted them to fix the issue, I was told that it would be resolved easily. When it was not resolved, they stopped returning my phone calls!
