I just had my vehicle repaired there from someone hitting my car. After weeks of it being in the shop I went to pick it up to find an area that still needed attention. I asked the front if I needed to do a walk with anyone, they said no they do an inspection after washing it. They didn’t do a good job with inspection. Excellent repairs made on my vehicle…looks as good as it did new! Fantastic customer service all around. This was my first time at the new location and will be taking my vehicle only there for any future repairs! If I could give 10 stars, I would!
I normally only write Google reviews when I have a good experience, but unfortunately that’s not the case this time. I took my Buick to Billion on W. 41st St. for years for oil changes, etc. and had mostly good experiences. I got severely door dinged and referred to this repair center. Absolute trash company, do. Had to take my car here after an accident , car worked perfectly fine. They charged me for spark plugs and my check engine light never turned off. Took it back and it’s suddenly the timing system but they told me I need a new motor. I took it to another mechanic and he laughed and said what they did would have nothing to do with the code that came up and they scammed me.
