Lost my left front wheel bearings on My FJ while on a 5k mile trip (dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree.) Called them and it was being fixed within 2 hours. Everyone there was super nice including the courtesy van driver. They have coffee and popcorn in the waiting room also. It cost me over 900.00 but it had to be fixed and my cars only ever been worked on by Toyota. Dropped it off at 10am and it was finished by 3pm.
