My experience with Billy and Kia couldn't have been any better than it was, except for maybe a lower bill. The way it was it was about $125 cheaper than what they told me it would be. I'm very grateful for that!
I just tried to call Josh my sales man at Kia and he hung up on me. I thought maybe he was just busy so I tried again a bit later and he hung up on me again. I have been trying to get a hold of him and instead he hung up on me 5 times I will not recommend working with Josh because he has given me horrible customer service and now I don’t even want to buy a car with Billion anymore.

Update! Nothing but great things to say about my interactions with Keegan and Billion Auto Service Center themselves. My vehicle failed all oil consumption tests and Keegan worked directly with my extended warranty company and kept on them to get the problem resolved. I received the go ahead to get a new motor. The motor and parts were ordered and within a week I was scheduled to come in, they provided me with a very nice loaner car and my motor was swapped within 1 day!
