Billion KIA of Sioux City IA, is by far one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. My daughter bought a car there that I had to co-sign for. I did all the paperwork and sent it back to them. After her getting her vehicle she had a check for tax and title for North Carolina where we live. Our DMV would not accept the check for it because it was not the right amount. I payed out of my pocket to get her car registered.
