I arrived for an oil change 30 minutes before opining so I could make a meeting. After waiting for an hour and a half, from opining, my truck was still outside. When I checked on it they had brought a different car into the bay I was at through the back door while the other bay was moving cars through. Needless to say I was there over two hours and never got service.
they will clear any vehicle faults and then sell it to you claiming no issues even though there is. if billion says one thing, you can almost bet its quite the opposite.
