Adam helped us big time. We brought our mini van here after running into something on I90 and they were so wonderful. We were on a cross country road trip and wanted to make sure it was okay to drive. They put it on the hoist and looked at it, did a little fix and sent us on our way! Thank you Adam for being such a help!!
One of the worst Dodge service departments I've ever been to. Unfortunately, they are the only dodge dealership in town and maybe that's why they are so terrible. I always leave disappointed and with more unanswered questions than I arrived with. Don't bother arriving early before your appointment, they will not touch your vehicle until your appointment start time even with zero cars in the bay.
