As an auto dealer,yes they are in it to make money, yet they work hard for you, to get what you desire, a new vehicle.
This is an absolute joke of a shop. Go to Frankman Motors instead. I called them and had an appointment the same day and was welcomed into the lot, heated service drive, and to a very nice waiting room. Dodge’s oil change manager blamed the cold weather for them being 2+ hours behind? As did his service advisors (as if it hasn’t been cold in SD every winter). They dropped the ball and lost a customer. Your staff needs training. Go somewhere else.
