Disappointing on negotiating a new vehicle/lease. Didn’t listen to what I wanted. (3X).. kept changing a down payment upfront before purchasing a vehicle. Finally looked elsewhere. Found a vehicle that is similar in pricing with a little extra features. A LOT LESS then what Billion Auto in IA City wante. d
