Manipulative and tried to take advantage of me. Agreed on a vehicle and price. Drove 2 hours to sign paperwork, was told that everything was ready to go. Got there and they tried to get my husband to leave, he refused until paperwork was signed. Then the finance gentleman and dealer came back over to tell me that they quoted the wrong vehicle and tried to increase the price by 6K. Our 2017 Kia Sportage recently suffered from engine failure. We were 100 miles away from the dealer, and they helped arrange towing in a timely manner. Jarid and Ali were very helpful when we were feeling overwhelmed since we were from out of state. The entire staff at Billion Rapid City were wonderful. Highly recommend!!

I recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Billion. After my purchase I noticed something small that was broken. Called the Parts dept to see what the cost was. Jeremy either didn’t care if he found the part or was too lazy to try to help me. I called Iverson Jeep in Mitchell. Will took the time to ask for pics and said he’d look for it. Disappointing on negotiating a new vehicle/lease. Didn’t listen to what I wanted. (3X).. kept changing a down payment upfront before purchasing a vehicle. Finally looked elsewhere. Just purchased my second car through Billion. They found the vehicle trim and color I wanted and got it to me within a week. Love my Highlander hybrid. Good pricing, good loan terms and kept me informed throughout the process. Ben and Chad are great to work with.

One of the absolute worst dealerships in Rapid City. They sold me a lemon that started falling apart within days of getting it home. It had no spare tire, and when I tried to get one from them, the hoops I had to jump through were exhausting. It's been a month and they still haven't gotten me the spare or the inflation kit the car was supposed to come with. They can boast that they have some of the most dishonest salesman in the area. Do not do business with Billion! Internet Sales Manager, Nate Russell, was very unprofessional throughout the purchasing process. He regularly expressed that he had my best interest at heart, but was in reality misleading and deceiving. When negotiating, he misquoted the mileage and quality of multiple cars in order to make the offer sound better than it was. When I called his bluff, he ignored me.
